Event Description
On Friday 2nd July 2021, we are held a special event to focus on Cyber Safety Awareness, in conjunction with Family Zone.
The day featured:
- Mr Hillman running for 8 hours
- Children collected sponsorship to run with him for allocated periods of time during the day
We raised $3000 which was donated to the charity Gumboot Friday - for counselling for young people.
Over the afternoon there were:
- Activities for children
- Food Stalls
- Classroom performances
- Special Guests
- Family Zone representatives
- Kapa Haka performance
- Display areas relating to Cybersafety
This event was followed by a Cybersafety presentation for parents by Family Zone on Wednesday 7th July.
