From 3rd May 2021 Glenfield Primary School is a zoned school. Please click here to view the zone.
For students in zone enrolment is by appointment with Jo Cowell, our enrolment officer, and you can contact the school office to make an appointment on 09 441 8730 or email office@glenfield.school.nz.
Parents of students who live within the home zone and intend enrolling their child at any time during 2024 should notify the school as soon as possible to assist the school to plan appropriately.
We recommend enrolling your child with time for pre-entry visits before they start. Pre-entry visits assist children in developing a sense of belonging and happen once a week over a period of two weeks before their start date.

Applications for 2023 have now closed.
We are now accepting applications for 2024.
The board anticipates there will be 40 places available across all year levels in 2024.
There will be 4 enrolment periods.
Details relating to the first enrolment period are as follows:
Length of enrolment period from: 7 February 2024 to 12 April 2024
Deadline for receipt of applications: 13 October 2023
Date of Ballot: 20 October 2023
Details relating to the second enrolment period are as follows:
Length of enrolment period from: 29 April 2024 to 5 July 2024
Deadline for receipt of applications: 4 March 2024
Date of Ballot: 7 March 2024
Details relating to the third enrolment period are as follows:
Length of enrolment period from: 22 July 2024 to 27 September 2024
Deadline for receipt of applications: 27 May 2024
Date of Ballot: 30 May 2024
Details relating to the fourth enrolment period are as follows:
Length of enrolment period from: 14 October 2024 to 20 December 2024
Deadline for receipt of applications: 19 August 2024
Date of Ballot: 22 August 2024
