IN ZONE ENROLMENTS:
For students in zone, enrolment is by appointment with Jo Cowell, our enrolment officer, and you can contact the school office to make an appointment on 09 441 8730 or email office@glenfield.school.nz.
Parents of students who live within the home zone and intend enrolling their child at any time during 2025 should notify the school as soon as possible to assist the school to plan appropriately. However in-zone enrolments can be done at anytime prior to your child starting school.
For five year olds starting school for the first time, we recommend enrolling your child with time for pre-entry visits before they start. Pre-entry visits assist children in developing a sense of belonging and happen once a week over a period of two weeks before their start date.
Students who are already five or older can start as soon as practical after the enrolment appointment has been completed.

For out of zone applications please complete the out of zone ballot application form available from the school office or click here to download a copy. Applications can be emailed to office@glenfield.school.nz

2025
In 2025 there will be 4 enrolment periods.
Details relating to the first enrolment period:
Term 1: 7th February 2025 to 11th April 2025
Deadline for receipt of applications: 15th October 2024
Ballot date (if required): 22nd October
Accepting applications in year levels 1 - 6
Details relating to the second enrolment period:
Term 2: 28th April 2025 to 27th June 2025
Deadline for receipt of applications: 5th March 2025
Ballot date (if required): 7th March 2025
Details relating to the third enrolment period:
Term 3: 14th July 2025 to 19th September 2025
Deadline for receipt of applications: 28th May 2025
Ballot date (if required): 30th May 2025
Details relating to the fourth enrolment period:
Term 4: 6th October 2025 to 19th December 2025
Deadline for receipt of applications: 13th August 2025
Ballot date (if required): 15th August 2025
